Common questions

Will the AI send emails without me approving them?

Not unless you explicitly opt in. By default the AI drafts replies into your Drafts folder — you review and hit send. For high-volume, lower-risk emails (like FAQ replies), some clients opt to enable auto-send with confidence thresholds. Your call.

Will it sound like me, or will it sound like ChatGPT?

We train it on your past sent emails so it picks up your tone, your phrases, your level of formality. Most clients say the drafts sound more like them after a few weeks than emails they wrote themselves at 11pm.

What about privacy? Where does my email data go?

We can run the AI inside your existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so email never leaves your account. For more advanced setups, we use providers with no-training data agreements. We'll discuss the privacy options in the discovery call.

What email providers do you support?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and custom IMAP providers. If you can read it in a client, we can probably automate against it.

How long until it's live?
