Belnoda. One house for your whole business. Turn on the rooms you need.

One platform, one login, one client list. Every tool we build lives inside it, and you only pay for the doors you open.

What It Is

Most business software makes you move in. Belnoda lets you add a room.

Here's the thing about the all-in-one platforms: you pay for forty features to use four. And the single-purpose apps each keep their own copy of your customer list, so nothing agrees with anything. Belnoda splits the difference. One foundation, and rooms you switch on when a problem shows up.

One client database

Every room reads the same list. Add a customer once and booking, messaging, support, and your books all know who they are.

One login

No juggling six subscriptions and six passwords. You sign in once and everything you've turned on is just there.

Toggleable modules

A module is a room. Need booking? Flip it on. Season's over? Flip it off. Your data stays put either way.

Manual first, automatic when you're ready

The base gives you the by-hand version of the work. Each module gives you the automatic version of the same thing. Upgrade when the by-hand version starts eating your evenings.

The free foundation comes with every account: your client contacts, your business info, a jobs list with your prices, and a by-hand P&L sheet. That's a working back office on day one, before you've turned on a single room.
The Rooms

Twelve rooms. Each one kills one specific headache.

You won't need all of them. Nobody does. You'll need two or three, and you'll know which ones the second you read them.

Planned Pricing

Priced like rooms, not like rent.

This is the launch pricing we're planning. It may shift a little before the doors open, but this is the shape of it.

$4.99/mo

Base

The foundation, no modules. Contacts, business info, jobs list, by-hand P&L.

$16.99/mo

Tier 1 bundle

The everyday rooms, bundled. The sweet spot for most small operations.

$99/mo

Tier 2

The serious step up, for businesses running a lot of the house at once.

$329/mo

All-access

Every room, every door open. The whole house, one price.

Rooms on their own: most of the simple rooms run about $5 to $9 a month each. Contact (the CRM) is planned at $11 a month. Looped (booking) at $15 to $19 a month. Campaigns and Help Desk at $19 a month, metered by usage so you pay for what actually goes out.

All of the above is planned launch pricing. Numbers may shift a little between now and launch, and the early-access list hears about any changes first.

Early Access

Be first through the door.

We're opening Belnoda in stages, and the list goes first. Early access, launch pricing locked in before any shifts, and a say in which rooms we finish next.
