Do I own the site, or is it locked into your platform?
You own it. The code, the domain, the content — all yours. If you ever decide to leave, we hand you the full source files and help you migrate. No hostage-taking.
Can I edit pages myself if I want to?
Yes, we can set up a simple CMS if you want to make edits directly. But most clients find it easier to just message us — changes ship the same day for small edits.
What about my existing domain?
We point it to the new site. You keep ownership of the domain at your existing registrar. Email stays untouched. Most domain migrations are zero-downtime.
Will it work on phones?
It's designed for phones first, then scaled up to tablets and desktops. Every page is tested on real iPhones and Android devices before launch.
How long until it's live?
14 days for a typical 1-5 page small business site. Longer for sites with custom integrations, e-commerce, or large content migrations. We'll quote timing in the proposal.
What if I want a feature you don't build?
If we can't build it, we'll tell you up front and either find a partner who can or steer you toward a tool that already does it. We'd rather lose the project than ship something we'd be embarrassed by.
