Done For You · Reports & Analytics

The data work you keep meaning to do.

You're sitting on more data than you have time to make sense of. We sit with it for you. Weekly reports, monthly reviews, custom dashboards, and the occasional deep dive, built around the decisions you're actually trying to make.

What We Actually Do

We're the analyst you don't have to hire.

We connect to your data read-only (we never write to your systems), figure out which numbers actually drive decisions, and then keep the answers coming. Plain English, five-minute reads, charts only where they help.

Weekly reports on autopilot

A short written report every Monday morning. Revenue, leads, conversions, whatever matters to your business, pulled from your tools and written up with what's worth paying attention to. Read it in five minutes.

Monthly reviews and quarterly deep dives

The bigger-picture review you keep meaning to write yourself. Twelve weeks of data, what changed, what's working, what's slipping. A clean document you can hand to a partner, accountant, or investor.

Custom live dashboards

Stripe, your CRM, QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Analytics, whatever you've got, pulled into one view. Hosted on your domain, current in near-real-time, readable on your phone.

One-time deep dives and data organization

A folder of PDFs to sort, a year of receipts to reconcile, a question like "should we raise prices?" We structure what needs structuring, dig into what needs digging, and come back with clean files plus a written report. Recently used for legal case prep, vendor audits, tax-season reconciliation, and pricing analysis.

Data consolidation across tools

Your numbers live in five systems that don't talk to each other. We build the pipelines that pull, clean, and merge them so everything works off one source of truth. No more spreadsheet exports.

KPI design that changes decisions

Most businesses track vanity metrics that look nice but change nothing. We help you pick the three to five numbers that actually drive your business, and build everything else around those.

What This Replaces

The exports piling up in your Downloads folder.

The data isn't the problem. The time to sit with it is the problem. So we sit with it.

Want The Cheaper DIY Version?

Not ready to hire us? Fair.

Two of our self-serve tools cover the most common reasons people land on this page. Start there, and if you want the analyst treatment later, we already know each other.

Common Questions
What data sources do you support?

Most things with an API or an export: Stripe, Shopify, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Analytics, Plausible, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Airtable, and plain CSVs. If you can get data out of it, we can almost certainly work with it.

Is my data safe? Where does it go?

We connect read-only where possible and store data in encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare R2, Supabase, or your own cloud account if you prefer). Nothing gets shared, sold, or used to train anything. We sign an NDA before any data touches our systems.

What if I don't know what to track?

Most clients don't, and that's fine. The first call is a conversation about what decisions you're actually trying to make. The metrics fall out of the decisions, not the other way around.

How is this different from BI tools like Looker or Tableau?

Those tools are powerful, but they assume you have someone in-house who knows how to use them. We're the someone. You get the output without learning the software, hiring an analyst, or maintaining a stack.
