1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Aimtogro (the "Service"), operated by Courtright Collective LLC ("Courtright Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
Aimtogro is an AI-assisted business co-pilot that connects to tools you use — such as email, calendar, spreadsheets, and accounting software — to help you summarize, draft, organize, and automate work. Features and integrations may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Aimtogro.
4. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Aimtogro is offered on paid subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, and Pro) billed through Stripe on a monthly, six-month, or annual basis.
- Eligible plans may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the selected plan is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Connected services
You may connect third-party services (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Intuit QuickBooks, Stripe). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you authorize Aimtogro to access and act on data from them as needed to provide features you request. You can disconnect any service at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their platforms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) use it for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) use it to send spam or to violate the rights of others, including the terms of any connected service.

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or connect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to provide and connect Your Content.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Courtright Collective LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtright Collective LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courtright Collective LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as Sections 8–12) survive.
14. SMS program terms
Aimtogro offers optional SMS features under the Aimtogro account notifications and missed-call assistant program: (a) account and automation notifications you opt into from your in-app settings, and (b) conversational text-backs sent on your behalf to callers whose calls you miss, where the caller initiates the conversation.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
