1. Overview
Aimtogro ("Aimtogro," the "Service") is an AI business co-pilot operated by Courtright Collective LLC ("Courtright Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Aimtogro, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
Aimtogro helps small-business owners by connecting to the tools they already use — email, calendar, spreadsheets, and accounting software — and using artificial intelligence to summarize, draft, organize, and automate work. Because of this, Aimtogro may access data from services you choose to connect. We treat that data with care and only use it to provide the Service to you.
By creating an account or using Aimtogro, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and login credentials. We store a corresponding user record and, optionally, business profile details you provide (business name, type, team size, timezone, and goals).
Billing information
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own security and privacy practices. We retain billing status, plan tier, and subscription identifiers.
Content you provide
We store the information you enter into Aimtogro — for example contacts, invoices, quotes, jobs, bookkeeping entries, notes, knowledge-base documents, and messages you exchange with the AI assistant.
Data from connected services
If you connect a third-party service (see Section 3), we access data from that service on your behalf to provide features you request. We store encrypted access tokens and a minimal cache of the data needed to deliver the feature.
Usage & technical data
We collect basic technical data such as log records, device/browser information, and feature usage so we can operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3. Connected services
Aimtogro lets you optionally connect the following services. You choose which to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time. We only request the minimum access needed for the features you use:
- Google — Gmail (read and manage email for triage and drafting), Google Calendar (view and create events), and Google Sheets (read and update spreadsheets you authorize).
- Microsoft — Outlook (read and manage email) and Excel/OneDrive (read and update workbooks you authorize).
- Intuit QuickBooks Online — read your accounting data and create entries to keep your books in sync.
- Stripe — for billing and subscription management.
Connecting a service is always optional and initiated by you through that provider's secure consent screen. Disconnecting a service revokes Aimtogro's access and deletes the stored tokens for it.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and the features you enable.
- To access and act on data from services you connect (e.g., summarize email, draft replies, update a spreadsheet, sync bookkeeping) — only as directed by you.
- To generate AI outputs such as summaries, drafts, reports, and recommendations.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and Service updates.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI processing
Aimtogro uses third-party AI models, primarily from Anthropic (the "Claude" models), to process your requests. When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (for example, an email you ask us to summarize) is sent to the AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your data, or data from your connected accounts, to train third-party or our own foundation models. AI providers process this content under their own enterprise terms and do not use API content to train their models.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who help us run Aimtogro, under contracts that require them to protect your data: Supabase (database/hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (hosting/delivery), and the providers of services you connect.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
7. Google user data & Limited Use
Specifically, data obtained from Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request inside Aimtogro. We do not transfer or sell this data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, for security, or to comply with law; we do not use it for advertising; and humans do not read it except where you explicitly request support, where required for security or to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. Google user data is never used to train AI/ML models.
8. Microsoft & Intuit data
Data obtained from Microsoft (Outlook, Excel/OneDrive) and from Intuit QuickBooks Online is used solely to provide the features you request within Aimtogro, consistent with Microsoft's and Intuit's developer and platform policies. We do not use it for advertising or sell it, and we retain it only as long as needed to deliver the Service or as required by law.
9. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a service, we delete its stored access tokens. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
10. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive items such as third-party access tokens (AES-256-GCM). Access to production data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.
11. Your rights & choices
- Access & correction — view and update your profile and content in the app.
- Disconnect services — revoke any connected integration at any time from your settings; you can also revoke access directly with the provider (e.g., Google Account permissions).
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Data portability & other rights — depending on your location (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
12. Children
Aimtogro is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Aimtogro after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
