The data work you keep meaning to do.

Most small businesses are sitting on more data than they have time to make sense of. We sit with it for you. Weekly reports, monthly reviews, custom dashboards, and the occasional deep dive — built around the decisions you're actually trying to make.

What this typically replaces

The exports that pile up in Downloads. The "I'll look at the numbers this weekend" that becomes next weekend. The CSV your accountant sent that you never opened. The dashboard tab in QuickBooks you stopped checking. The data isn't the problem. The time to sit with it is the problem.

What we build

Weekly business reports on autopilot

A short, written report delivered every Monday morning. Revenue, leads, conversions, anything that matters to your business — pulled from your tools, formatted, and written up in plain English with what's worth paying attention to. You read it in five minutes.

Monthly reviews and quarterly deep dives

The bigger picture review you keep meaning to write yourself. We pull twelve weeks of data, write up what changed, flag what's working, and call out what's slipping. Delivered as a clean document you can share with a partner, accountant, or investor.

Custom live dashboards

A web-based dashboard pulling from Stripe, your CRM, QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Analytics — whatever you've got — into one view. Hosted on your domain, accessible on phone or laptop, updated in near-real-time. The numbers you actually care about, in one place.

One-time deep dives & data organization

You have a specific question, a chaotic pile of files, or both. A folder of PDFs to sort, a legal case's worth of documents to organize and summarize, a year of receipts to reconcile, or a strategic question like "should we raise prices?" or "why did Q3 look weird?". We sit with the data, structure what needs structuring, dig into what needs digging into, and come back with clean files plus a written report. Recently used for legal case prep, vendor audits, tax-season reconciliation, and pricing analysis.

Data consolidation across tools

Your numbers live in five different systems and none of them talk to each other. We build pipelines that pull, clean, and merge the data so reports and dashboards work off a single source of truth. No more spreadsheet exports.

KPI design for the metrics that matter

Most businesses track the wrong things — vanity metrics that look good but don't change decisions. We help you pick the three to five numbers that actually drive your business and build everything else around those.

What it actually looks like

We start with a free 30-minute call about your business and the questions you wish you had answers to. We connect to your data sources (read-only — we never write to your systems). Within a week you've got a first report or dashboard draft. After that, reports show up on the schedule we agreed on, and dashboards stay live and current. You don't open a spreadsheet again unless you want to.

What it costs

One-time deep dives and data organization projects start at $500 for a single dataset or document set (roughly 50 files or fewer, one source) and scale up to $1,500 for multi-source projects or larger datasets. A weekly business report on autopilot is $500 one-time + $99/month. Custom dashboards typically run $1,500 – $4,000 as one-off builds. Larger ongoing engagements with multiple reports, dashboards, and analysis are scoped after the audit call. See all pricing →

Common questions

What data sources do you support?

Most things with an API or an export: Stripe, Shopify, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Analytics, Plausible, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Airtable, and plain CSVs. If you can get data out of it, we can almost certainly work with it.

Is my data safe? Where does it go?

We connect read-only where possible and store data in encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare R2, Supabase, or your own cloud account if you prefer). Nothing gets shared, sold, or used to train anything. We sign an NDA before any data touches our systems.

What if I don't know what to track?

Most clients don't, and that's fine. The first call is a conversation about what decisions you're actually trying to make. The metrics fall out of the decisions, not the other way around.

Will the reports be too technical?

No. Reports are written in plain English, with charts where they help and not where they don't. They're built to be read in five minutes by someone running a business, not analyzed for an hour by a data scientist.

Can I share the reports with my team or my accountant?

Yes. Reports come as clean PDFs or shared documents. Dashboards can have multiple logins if you want different views for different people.

How is this different from BI tools like Looker or Tableau?

Those tools are powerful but they assume you have someone in-house who knows how to use them. We're the someone. You get the output without having to learn the software, hire an analyst, or maintain a stack.
